When submitting an application you agreeing to the following conditions;

• You agree to us conducting a Credit Reference search
• The lender may search for information about you including with Credit Reference Agencies and Fraud Prevention Agencies who will record details of the search.
• Any information provided to us may be used for making decisions on advancing credit to you, members of your household or others you are financially linked with.
• Information may be used for debt tracing, fraud prevention and the prevention of money laundering.
• You have a right to be informed which Credit Reference Agencies the lender has used and obtain a copy of your credit file.
• You confirm that you are not subject to any legal proceedings.
• You confirm that you are not currently in or intend to enter into any type of formal or informal debt management arrangement relating to debt problems.
• You understand that defaulting on repayments could result in the debt being pursued through the Courts for repayment.
• Any default in the terms and conditions may result in us passing such information onto Credit Reference Agencies.
• You are able to afford the repayments and understand that early repayments can cost more.
• You confirm that your details are true and accurate.
